Online courses use the internet for complete delivery of course content and instruction. These courses are taught virtually by certified content-area teachers. Students interact with the instructor and one another online. Students may access course work anytime, anywhere the internet is available. Students will typically work at his/her own pace but must complete the coursework within a specific timeframe. Most online courses are taught through Wisconsin Virtual School. Tuition is available through the district if the course is being scheduled into the student’s the regular school day.
Students interested in these classes must register through the normal course registration process which occurs in January.
Students are required to submit the Online Readiness Survey as a prerequisite for these classes.
